2500 Acre East Canyon Parcel – We are continuing to work with DWR and State Parks on the use of the recently purchased parcels. The purchase did not include County funds. The public use of this property.

Geologic Hazard Code – May 21st Commission meeting will include discussion/decision of modifying the Geologic Hazard Code to simplify the scoping process requirements.

Morgan County Fairground Trail – May 21st Commission meeting will include discussion/decision of the Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant which will contribute to the construction of the Morgan County Fairground Trail.

2024 Legislative Session – Working closely with Department Heads and Elected Officials to follow up on 2024 bills passed that affect the County.
